What could be the cause of a website not loading on WIFI but loading on mobile data, and how can I fix it?

I have been experiencing this issue for the last few days with a specific website. The website was slow at first, but now it does not load at all on any device connected to my WIFI network. However, it loads fine on my mobile phone when I switch to mobile data. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, such as resetting and changing browsers, restarting and changing DNS settings on my router and devices, and flushing DNS cache, but nothing has worked. I also noticed that my PC’s date and time are often incorrect and need to be synced manually, even though they are set to auto-update. I do not know if this is related to the website issue or not.
